Janice L. Metzel

Sculptor

Janice L. Metzel, AA, BA, BFA, is a nationally and internationally recognized artist. Her art works have won awards and have been selected for juried and invitational shows throughout the country.

Her works are collected by individuals and select clientele such as: Coca-Cola, Reebok, Oscar de La Renta and Emory University Hospital, The High Museum of Art, Woodruff Arts Center, Steeple House Arts Center, the Artists' Atelier, Madison Arts Guild, Marietta Fine Arts Center, Cobb County Board of Commissioners, Grassroots Artist Buffet, Creative Arts Guild, National Endowment for the Arts and the Georgia Council for the Arts have hosted her art workshops, grants and residencies.

Metzel was the visual artist in the "Peace Program" with UNICEF and the Carter Center.
She has participated in the International Arts Exchange Program with Cyprus, Greece,
and is a listed artist in the National/International "Save Outdoor Sculpture" directory
as well as the pARTicular Women Artists website, www.particularwomen.org.
